Full Truck Load (FTL) means an entire truck is dedicated to your shipment, ideal for large or time-sensitive consignments that need direct, point-to-point delivery. Part Truck Load (PTL) shares truck space among multiple customers, making it a cost-effective option for smaller loads. Our team helps you choose the most economical option based on your volume, budget and delivery timeline.

Delivery timelines depend on the distance, route conditions and load type. Intra-city and short-haul movements are usually completed within a day, while long-haul inter-state shipments typically take two to five days. We share an estimated arrival time at the time of booking and keep you updated through live GPS tracking.

Every shipment moves on a GPS-enabled vehicle, so you receive live location, speed and estimated-arrival updates throughout transit. We accept a range of payment methods including UPI, net banking, debit and credit cards, and bank transfers. Online payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. For enterprise clients and dedicated-fleet contracts, we can also arrange invoice-based billing cycles.

Yes. Online payments are handled through PayU, a trusted and PCI-compliant payment gateway that encrypts your transaction details. We do not store your card or banking credentials on our servers. This ensures every online payment is processed safely and securely.

Yes. As a GST-registered company, we issue a proper GST tax invoice for every transaction. This allows eligible businesses to claim input tax credit on their transport and GPS spend. Invoices are shared digitally and are available for download from your account.

For certain bookings an advance payment may be required to confirm the vehicle and schedule, with the balance due on or after delivery. Cancellation terms depend on how far in advance you cancel and whether a vehicle has already been dispatched. Our team will explain the applicable terms clearly at the time of booking.
